A modern solitaire designed to portray the duality between the contained and the limitless, being ashore and at sea, the obvious and obscure, and all the spaces between. 

A prong-set, brilliant cut diamond is partially nestled within an arching 14K yellow gold band, one side wrapped in gold while the other side floats free. 

See it with a sapphire or pair it with the Em band.
